My Story

I come from high-stakes worlds: the military and commercial aviation — environments built on responsibility, performance, and calm under pressure. I became an officer, then a captain and instructor, and later built a coaching practice around leadership, decision-making, and human performance.

And then life asked a different kind of leadership from me.

My own experience with trauma and nervous-system overload changed how I understood “strength.” It taught me that resilience isn’t only what you can push through — it’s what you can feel, regulate, communicate, and repair. It taught me that many people don’t need more information — they need a safer relationship with themselves and a clearer way to stay connected when things get hard.

That’s the work I do now: trauma recovery coaching and relational repair — for individuals and couples who are tired of repeating the same patterns and want something grounded, honest, and skill-based.

What I Believe

Trauma often shows up less as “what happened” and more as:

  • what your body does automatically

  • how your nervous system responds to closeness and conflict

  • how safe it feels to need, to ask, to trust, to receive

  • how quickly you go into defense, collapse, control, or avoidance

Healing becomes real when those patterns are met with compassion and you build new capacity — in the body, in communication, and in relationship.

How We Work

I combine the Somatica® modality with professional coaching — so we don’t only talk about change, we practice it — building embodied capacity for intimacy, boundaries, consent, repair, and authentic connection.

We go at your pace. We work with what’s real. And we turn insight into repeatable skills you can use immediately — with yourself and with the people you love.

What this can include:

  • nervous system regulation (more choice, less automatic survival response)

  • boundaries that feel clear, kind, and solid

  • consent and clean communication (especially around difficult topics)

  • repair after rupture: how to return to connection without losing yourself

  • reducing shame, building self-trust, and strengthening emotional range

  • learning to stay present in your body — not only in your head

Who This Is For

You may resonate with this work if you’re:

  • successful on paper, but feel disconnected or guarded inside

  • stuck in conflict cycles, shutdown, people-pleasing, or emotional distance

  • carrying “old stuff” that shows up in your relationship, parenting, or leadership

  • tired of overthinking and ready for embodied change

  • wanting to rebuild intimacy, trust, and connection — with yourself or your partner

I work with people across Europe and beyond — often in international or intercultural relationships — online and, when possible, in person around Geneva/Annecy.

What You Can Expect

A warm, direct partnership with clear agreements.

A space where you don’t have to perform.

And a practical path: less coping, more capacity — so your relationships can become safer, truer, and more alive.

A Note on Scope

This is coaching, not psychotherapy. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can complement it well. If therapy is what you need, I’ll say so — and support you in finding the right professional.
