Lila Munevar Wagner
Core Values:
My core values—respect, non-judgment, and authenticity—form the foundation of my coaching approach. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel free to explore, reflect, and discover new perspectives about themselves and their journey.
Transformation Focus:
I strive to empower my clients with a deeper understanding of who they are, what they truly want in life, and the resources they already have to help them move forward. My goal is to guide them toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust so they can take meaningful steps toward their aspirations.
Coaching Style:
I adapt my coaching style to each client’s needs. Whether they require direct guidance, empathetic listening, or motivational encouragement, I meet them where they are and support them in a way that resonates best with their journey
Methodologies:
I believe in a flexible and client-centered approach. I adapt my methodologies based on my clients’ expectations, using tools and techniques that align with their unique challenges and goals.
Ideal Clients:
My ideal client is someone in search of their own answers—an individual who understands that life is an ongoing journey of self-discovery. They are curious, courageous, and willing to explore within. Typically, they are at a crossroads, questioning their direction, seeking clarity, or looking to realign with their true purpose
Success Metrics:
Success in coaching is about creating an environment of trust and authenticity where clients feel safe to explore their beliefs, question outdated narratives, and envision new possibilities for growth. Ultimately, success is when a client feels empowered, energized, and confident in their ability to move forward, having redefined what success means for them.
Professional Background:
I hold a university degree in Psychology (Licence en Psychologie, Université de Lausanne), and my career spans over 20 years across multinational and non-profit organizations, working with high-level management and Human Resources. I have lived on three different continents, experienced parenthood, navigated divorce and blended family dynamics, and embraced personal and professional reinvention. Additionally, I coach in three languages—English, French, and Spanish—bringing a multicultural perspective to my practice. All these experiences allow me to deeply relate to my clients and support them with empathy and insight.
Staying Current:
I believe in lifelong learning and continuous growth. Each year, I actively engage in workshops and seminars through ICF and IDC to stay updated on new methodologies, tools, and best practices that enhance my coaching approach.
Unique Offering:
What sets my coaching apart is my multicultural background, my ability to coach in three languages, and my deep understanding of both professional and personal transitions. My experience in parenthood, blended family dynamics, and working alongside top executives in corporate and non-profit environments gives me a unique perspective. Above all, my openness and adaptability allow me to create a space of trust, authenticity, and meaningful transformation.
Session Outcome:
I want my clients to leave each session feeling lighter, empowered, and aligned with their goals. My hope is that they integrate their insights in a way that fuels motivation and clarity—so that the next steps feel natural and inspired by their own self-discoveries.
